Only what you type into a form. There is no account to create and nothing is collected in the background.

The trip planner sends the month you want to travel and any dates you give, how many adults and children, how long you want to be away, the interests and regions you pick, the budget band you choose, and your name, email and phone or messaging handle. If you arrived from a tour or destination page, the name of that tour or destination comes with it.

The contact and tour enquiry forms send your first name, last name, email, phone or messaging handle, the dates and number of travellers you mention, the interests you tick, your message, and the tour you were looking at.

The newsletter form sends your email address and nothing else.

Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs of requests to the site — IP address, browser and the pages requested — the way every web server does. We do not combine those logs with your enquiry.

• No analytics. This site runs no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel, no heatmap and no session recording.
• No advertising or social tracking of any kind.
• No embedded third-party content — no map frames, no video players, no comment widgets.
• No payment details. We never ask for card or bank details through this website.

When you submit a form, your browser sends it straight to Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which emails it to our own inbox. This website has no database and keeps no copy of your enquiry. In practice your message lives in our email, the same as if you had written to us directly.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or a draft itinerary.
• To arrange the trip you book — which means passing the details that are needed to the hotels, guides, drivers and boat operators on your route, and nothing beyond that.
• To send you the newsletter, only if you asked for it.
• To keep our own records of trips we have arranged.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them to advertise to you anywhere else.

• Web3Forms — relays the form submission to our inbox.
• Google — our email inbox is a Google account, so your message is stored there.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
• The suppliers on your trip — hotels, guides, drivers and boat operators, who receive only what they need to host you.

For as long as we need it to answer you and to plan and run your trip, and afterwards for our own records of trips we have arranged. If you ask us to delete your details we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a trip that actually took place.

Write to us and we will act on any of these: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send you a copy, stop using it for anything other than a trip already booked, or take you off the newsletter. One email covers all of them: atlastravelvn@gmail.com. You do not have to give a reason, and it costs nothing.

We are based in Vietnam, so if you write to us from elsewhere your enquiry is read and stored in Vietnam, and by the services named above. If your trip takes you outside Vietnam, the suppliers on that part of the route receive what they need in the country concerned.

This website is meant for adults planning travel. We only ever receive details about children as part of a family trip arranged by an adult, and we ask for numbers and ages only because they change which rooms, seats and activities we can book.

If we change how any of this works we will change this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you have a trip with us, we will tell you directly.
