Overview
The bay in daylight is busy. The bay at six in the morning, with the mist still on the water and nobody else up, is the reason people come — and that is the only part a day trip cannot give you.
You are collected in Hanoi, run out on the expressway, and aboard by noon with a seafood lunch while the boat threads the limestone. Sung Sot Cave and Ti Top Island in the afternoon, a sunset party and a cooking demonstration on the sundeck, dinner, and a cabin with a window. Tai chi at half past six, kayaks at Luon Cave, brunch while the boat comes back in, and you are in Hanoi for the evening flight.

Picked up in Hanoi or at the airport and driven to Ha Long on the expressway. Aboard at midday with a welcome drink and briefing, then a seafood lunch while the boat moves out through the limestone islands. Sung Sot Cave and Ti Top Island in the afternoon, for the viewpoint or a swim. A sunset party on the sundeck, a cooking demonstration and dinner. Overnight in your cabin.

Day 2, Ha Long Bay and Hanoi
Tai chi on the sundeck at 06:30 and a light breakfast. Kayaks or a bamboo boat into the Luon Cave lagoon, then brunch aboard as the boat returns to harbour. Disembark at 11:30 and transfer back to Hanoi or Noi Bai airport.

Anything after 18:00 out of Hanoi. You disembark at 11:30 and are back in the city by mid-afternoon, so an evening departure works without a rush.
The bay authority suspends sailings in a storm. If that happens we tell you before you leave Hanoi and either move the night or refund it.
